Full-time Opportunity. Our client is looking for an experienced Paver to join their team for some exciting paving projects across Auckland

Our client is looking for an experienced Paver to join their team for some exciting paving projects across Auckland. They want someone with experience in paving, concrete and kerbing, with an eye for detail, great work ethic, and an attitude that will grow with the company. This position is mainly in the commercial space but occasionally will be in residential

 Your Key Responsibilities will be:

•  Accurately set out levels and falls to paving
• Prepare, compact and create base for paving
• Set out and oversee paving patterns, lays and cutting of pavers to fit as required by site plans
• Plan and organise days’ work and over course of the project, overseeing labourers and any contractors on site to get project completed 
• You will have an up to date knowledge and training in all types of paving
• Ensure all health and safety is adhered to by everybody on the projects

  You will need to be

• Able to lead by example and get your workers to do the same 
• Must have experience in a similar role with paving, concrete and kerbing
• Goes the extra mile to get things done and on time
• Minimum 2 years' experience on paving or concrete projects
• Must have Site Safe and have an comprehensive understanding of  Health and Safety
