Qualified Builder for High End Residential projects

We are seeking for a Qualified Builder or Group of Qualified Builders consist of a Skilled team, who has experience in High End Residential.

We are seeking for a Qualified Builder or Group of Qualified Builders consist of a Skilled team, who has experience in High End Residential Projects across Auckland; which are willing to work, show up on time and who must be able to work unsupervised.

ideally you will have:

• A trade qualification such as National Certificate in Carpentry and 2 experience
• LPB is preferred but not essential
• Have a good work ethic
• Be a team player
• Take pride in your work
• Be able to show initiative and common sense
• Show Health and Safety knowledge
• Be able to produce work to a high standard
• You must have Own Tools and Transport
• Good working conditions and an immediate start

 Rates are negotiated based on trade cert, skill level, experience and tools. We can provide both PAYE and contract rates (for people GST registered or Withholding Tax), with weekly payment of both.
